Dana presents live seminars and courses and her personal coaching courses are

Dana attended Weber State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Studies, with an emphasis in nutrition. She graduated with high honors and was chosen number one in her field of study. Dana is an advisor to many government, corporate, health and educational institutions. She has been a "low-bounce," "maximum fat loss" aerobic instructor for twelve years.
