"Dana, I Need To Know" Newsletter

Vol. 1 No. 1

Dear Dana,

I've been doing your program and it’s not working for me. So I'm back on a high protein program. What do you think I am doing wrong?

Sincerely, Ann

Dear Ann,

The following is a list of some of the things that may be stopping your success. Send me a typical day's menu of what you eat on an average day. Also include your average sleep and exercise schedule. This will help me be more specific. There are many little things that can greatly affect a person’s weekly energy, immune system and inch loss. These are just a few of the most common:

#1. Too many grains and too few vegetable-based foods.

#2. Too few fat grams and calories in the morning and too many in the evening.

#3. Fruits on an empty stomach.

#4. Too much or too little protein.

#5. Too much or too little fat.

#6. Too much or too little exercise.

#7. Going to bed too late and not receiving an uninterrupted seven to nine hours of sleep.

-Good luck, Ann.

Sincerely,

Dana Thornock
